Returns

Our merchandise is sold on a satisfaction guaranteed basis.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us regarding returning it for replacement, credit or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.  Custom and personalized items are not returnable and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance

In-stock items will generally be shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt.  Custom and personalized items will take approximately 10-14 days to be shipped.  Badge orders, depending upon the number ordered, could possibly take upwards of a couple of weeks for delivery.  This delivery schedule is subject to our being at our place of business (and not vending at a convention) at the time of receipt of the order.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges cover many costs such as handling, insurance, shipping supplies, transportation, etc., in addition to the actual postage cost.  Standard S/H/I charges are:

$10.01 to $25.00	.....	..$7.00		$100.01 to 250.00	.....	$15.00
$25.01 to $50.00	.....	..$9.00		$250.01 to $500.00	.....	$17.00

For Priority delivery (usually two to three days), add $7.00 to the above charges.  For Express delivery (usually next day), add $15.00 to the above charges.

All foreign shipments are subject to any customs regulations and duties that may be applicable at point of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
