POLICIES

The Online Store portion of our web site (it is currently not available as it is being revised and updated) is an ongoing project and does not necessarily display all of the items we have available at any given time, or can possibly obtain.  If you are searching for an item that is not shown or described, contact us for information regarding your needs or desires.  We will advise you if we have it or can obtain it.

Pricing

It is our policy to offer the best possible products at the lowest possible pricing.  We make every effort to maintain the lowest prices possible, however, due to conditions beyond our control, all prices (particularly gold and silver items subject to the constantly fluctuating gold and silver markets) are subject to change without notice.  You may contact us at anytime to confirm the current price of any specific item.  All remittances must be in US Funds.

Ordering

Orders placed by mail, fax or phone must be accompanied by payment in the form of check, money order or credit card.  Orders placed through the web site must be paid for by credit card.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  No merchandise will be shipped until payment has been received.  All shipments within Colorado are subject to appropriate sales taxes.  Colorado tax exempt organizations must supply a copy of their tax exempt certificate to avoid paying sales tax.  No sales tax is charged for shipments outside of Colorado.

Custom and personalized items must be in writing.  To insure accuracy, type or print clearly.  Custom and personalized items are not returnable.

Include a daytime telephone number and/or email address on all orders in the event we need to contact you.
